ATLANTA, GA (October 10, 2017) – For the Fiscal Year 2018, Steven Gold, founder and CEO of Allied Financial Corporation, has been reelected as part of the Executive and Management Committees for its Fiscal Year 2018 for the Commercial Finance Association (CFA).
Steven Gold and others on the Committees will guide the CFA, confirm new members, make policy decisions, and provide advocacy and thought leadership for the industry.
“I’m excited for the Fiscal Year 2018 and all of the great things to come with CFA. I believe that CFA is essential to creating and sustaining a healthy growth in commercial finance. As the CEO and founder of Allied Financial Corporation, I understand the importance of the existing strength within our community as well as recognizing what we can improve,” Gold said. “I look forward to working with the rest of the volunteer members of the CFA and can’t wait to see the great work ahead of us.”
Steven Gold was elected by the CFA’s Board of Directors, which is made up of representatives from each member company. Each of the member companies is represented by nearly 250 commercial finance firms. These range from large financial institutions to entrepreneurial lenders.

Steven Gold is President & CEO of Allied Financial Corporation. With over 20 years of experience in the commercial finance industry, he founded Allied Financial Corporation along with Paul Goldstein and Scott Lewis to strive to provide the best commercial financing around.
Steven is an active member of the Commercial Finance Association. He has served as a member of the Executive Committee since 2005 and served as a Board of Director since 2004. He is part of the CFA Executive Committee for 2018, was the Committee Chair for the 2016 CFA annual convention, and was the CO-Chair in 2015. He is currently the Chairman of the Chapter Leaders Committee and serves on many other committees.
Steven has served on the CFA Atlanta Chapter Board for the past 19 years. This includes the position of President for 3 years and he remains active as the longest tenured Board Member of the Chapter.
